Well this sucks i have pre-ordered on Origin in order to get the best bonuses only to find out that i will get a lousy shotgun while Gamestop customers will get an armour and an assault rifle. Why EA is giving the best contents to people that order games outside EA store instead of supporting those that still buy from there directly from the producer? No hate intended in this post just a simple question

EA's direct services and customer service department are worthless....they cannot handle simple questions let alone the small ammount of orders actually placed with them as it is.....if they had best preorder bonus they'd be signifficantly more flooded than their incompetent services already are....they'd first need to be capable to handle the 5 preorders they have before trying to take on the world. EA won't even allow me to order an american version of the game to be shipped to an american address and paid for with an american account.....actually scratch that, they won't even let me view the north american version of their Origin store....scratch that too, they won't even let me view the foreign version of their store in bloody English....all because I happen to be working overseas for a few months.

GameStop has a proven track of competence and delivery.

Would anyone happen to know if the pre-order items on offer from Game in the UK will be shared by Gamestation? They often share pre-order incentives, since they're all under the same umbrella, but I haven't heard anything about this and I've pre-ordered my N7 edition from my local Gamestation

Nope.

With the CE you only get the N7 Arsenal.

When you pre-order from GameStop (or any other retailer that has this offer) you get as an added bonus the N7 Warfare Gear (N7 Armor and N7 Valkyrie Rifle)
When you pre-order from Origin you get as an added bonus that AT12 Raider shotgun.

And every pre-order comes with the M-55 Argus Rifle.

They're not included in the CE.

Just got email from Finnish Gamestop: Pre-order ME3 and get N7 Warfare Gear and the release day is 8 not 9...

Funny: they said that M55 Argus Assault Rifle is Gamestop exclusive...

Actually Battlefield 3's Physical Warfare Pack was a GameStop Exclusive and now anyone can download it.  I'm not saying that's normal, but since both DICE and BioWare are with EA that gives some hope that these pre-order exclusives will be at least purchasable DLC at some point.  I know I was disappointed when I couldn't get the Terminous and Collector gear for ME2 for PC.  It was the only DLCs I didn't have for the game.

This time I pre-ordered at GameStop, paid in full, for the N7 Collector's Edition the day it was announced.  From the looks of it the only thing I won't have right away is the AT12 Shotgun, which I am hoping I can get as paid DLC later.  If not, then I have no problem paying for a code else where.  I'd prefer to buy it directly from BioWare though.

i loved mass effect 2 and cant wait for mass effect 3, but i have a ps3 why wasnt mass effect 1 released on ps3 gutted , feel i missed a big chunk outta the story even tho i got the DLC wiv the comic strip that gives you options to choose i just not the same .........please release number1 on ps3

Is the Origin exclusive AT12 Raider shotgun PC-only, or all platforms?

I'd hate for another repeat of ME2's Incisor Rifle, which was initially PC-only.

It won't have everything.

The only way to get the CE stuff or the pre-order stuff is get a one time code that only comes if you buy it.

Illegally downloading the game will get you the bog standard game.

Mass Effect 1 was published by Microsoft. Since Sony is a competitor of Microsoft, it only made sense that it wasn't released on the Playstation. And since Microsoft holds the rights over Mass Effect 1, don't count on it ever coming to the Playstation.

I pre-ordered my CE from them a while back. Rather expensive, but I reckon it'll be worthwhile. Nice to see we get a fair chunk of the pre-order stuff too.

Hopefully it applies to pre-orders already made.

I guess I'll have to preorder from Gamestop then since according to my husband who works for best buy there isn't a guarentee that even though we preordered the ce that his store will even have it

You guys may want to drop the piracy talk.....if all you want is the base game go buy a standard edition for $60 from anywhere and stop complaining. If you care about the preorder bonuses then preorder the CE from gamestop, get the N7 arsenal and then near release buy yourself an AT12 code for cheap off ebay....or trade for such a code. Two simple steps and you can have everything.

I'm buying two CEs from Amazon and Gamestop.
