I've read that if you did not play some of the Mass Effect 2 DLCs that they automatically happen or are assumed to happen such as arrival or LotSB.

I was wondering what other DLCs are automatically assumed to happen because I was planning on making playthroughs where I purposly didn't do some of the DLCs such as Overlord or Kasumi Stolen Memories just to see what happens. Also I wanted to see If i could purposly mess up Liara becomg shadow broker by killing the wrong observer and not doing the DLC.
