For me:
DLC (WK and Shale)- they are easier then normal storyline missions and give great loot.
Mage Tower- Wynne is great as are the free stat boosts. I find it easiest one by far.
Red Cliffe- Fairly straightforward, get Dragon gear early.
Forest- Clear out all the Revenants in there in one go. Treant root spam is a pain at lower levels as a the Undead melee zergs.
Orz- Many of the hardest fights (Jarvia, Broodmother, Branka).
What order did you do the main missions in? *spoilers*

I'm like a lot of y'all.
The second time around I started with Shale because I wanted to hear all of her dialog. I even wound up with her at 100 approval and she used the second person pronoun with me.
I then went to Warden's Keep for the chest, the merchant and the smith.
Mages Circle came next so I could customize Wynne (healing good, damage bad) and get all those lovely stat bonuses.
After that I went Dalish because I needed a laugh and Cammen always makes me smile.
Then the Denerim side quests, Orzammar and then Redcliffe/Urn.
In retrospect, I should have done Orzammar earlier and the Dalish last. The two quests with companions really need to be done as soon as possible
