So I started playing ME2 again after 8 months, but I did reinstall my DLC. That was when the problem started. After completing Jacob's loyalty mission, I noticed that Yeoman Kelly didn't have anything special to say when I talked to her. Then Joker, when asked his feelings about the squad, would only say the first and last parts of the conversation and skip over his thoughts about squadmates. Now Kelly says there are no new messages when I have several unread messages on my personal terminal.

It could be either, as it could be the flags in the save file have become corrupted, or it cold be their dialogue files that have become corrupted.
First thing I would try would go back to a previous save and see what happens. If you dont have a previous save, or it still happens with that save, then a reinstall is in order.

Thanks for the help. I tried it with the save game of a different career, no problem, and now things are back to normal on the other file.
