You just have to realise that the ME3 forums at the moment are basically 90% speculation. It's a bunch of gamers gossiping and digging for crumbs. Plus at the speed at which people post here, there is constant recycling of the same topics and ideas.

Plus what I think he meant by the use of that word was to imply you are just satisfying your own needs by talking about things that are obviously out of our control and past the point of changing anyone's mind.

Or what I would like to call the Echo Chamber

1) No its not speculation. I wish it were. The script leak confirms this and it would be difficult for them to change to the entire game.

2) Isn't that what a forum is about, and of course there is going topics recycled, and if you don't like it then that is your opinion and i respect that.

@A. Lemon: Cthulhu and I were actually talking about Jack. And it's masturbatory because it's self-gratifying and nothing more, anymore. The squad is decided.

Also, this.

Everything that's been seen may as well be confirmed. They don't have anywhere near enough time to change things in the script.

Untill the game comes out we can do nothing but speculate. Meaning if we were to not speculate here the forums would effectively be rendered useless and would simply gather internet dust

Valid points Mordin :)  What I meant was people talking about what squads should have been and could have been and why. You're right, discussing things is what a forum is about - I decided to post about it just now because it looked like people were getting very defensive about their choices.

Aye, I agree with you but i feel it is fair to discuss what i wish the squad could have been. A bit of fan feedback never hurts, but sadly i know there is nothing i can do to change it.

I hear ya :)  On that note - How did you come up with those out of ten scores you gave everyone? If you posted that in the General forum it would cause a huge uproar!

(Too many people here are just like kids on the verge of throwing a tantrum for not getting what they want at the store from their parents)

Oh yeah, just my personal view. I would have been slaughtered for posting that anywhere else.

The sad thing is, when you type in "Bioware S" into google, guess what comes up. Bioware store. Sad really.

Back on topic, what would your ideal squad make up be?

Off topic, but I'd pay cash for DLC's where I can recruit my favorite characters.

Ohhh snap. Would pay for that. May also pay for DLC for a new salarian/turian/drell character

This. This is what people need to get out there and in the open and to dredge up support for. It's far too late to determine your ME3 squad but it's likely not too late to have DLC decisions made based on fan support.

Who knows - our Sour lemon friend might get a hold of Yvonne Strahovski and tell her that her character and work was very well loved. With enough support, she might help persuade a friend at Bioware who might help get support for her in DLC.

knowing the fans here, we would get Tali 2.0. But we can give it a go.

Truth. I heard a rumour Tali wasn't even gonna be a squaddie till the Talimancers kicked up a fuss, but then Bioware denied it (as they woukd...). Darn you favourtism

It's about as bad as bias in a review.

Yes, heaven forbid they listen to fans as they claim they always try to do.
