I did actually purchase both the orginal edition and the Collectors Edition for Xbox 360..

Can you find something that confirms the extra character and mission. I've seen nothing to back that up from all of the promotional material I have seen to date.
On topic, I got the best deal possible I think. Pre-Ordered the CE from Gamestop.

Don't worry, they will. It'll be available as DLC I'm pretty sure. At least the important stuff, like the alternate outfits...etc.
