Well MS owns publisher rights to ME1 so it will never be avaliable on PS3, now if only someone buys Naughty Dog fro sony i can have new Uncharted games on 360.
Yet it was down to EA to publish the Windows version, not Microsoft. Doubt they still retain publishing rights for ME1.
