Is there really a need for another thread crying sexism? I don't think they're discriminating against us (females) or trying to exclude us. Kee-rist - they're making a femShep trailer (whenever that comes out). People need to chill out a little. You know what you should call sexist? A game like Duke Nukem Forever.

Alone it's not sexist, it's just the case that the iconic Shepard is a guy. When you add that iconic Hawke is a guy, and iconic Warden and all the other PC games whose iconic protagonists default to being either male or ludicrously sexualised, there's an argument that there's some sexism going on somewhere.

I'm not going into detail because it is obvious. But male white protagonist and female white LI is the rule, with only few exceptions in their games.

Female white LI for their male white protagonist: Leliana, Morrigan, Merrill (don't even try to argue she is an elf), Ashley, Ashley, Miranda, Jack.
Alien LI for their male white protagist; Liara, Tali. (one is a female white in blue color and the other wears a full body suit and you never even see her face, and her face would rather look like that one of a white girl)
Non-white female LI for their male white protagonist: Isabella (probably latino, but could as well go as a white girl with a tan tbh)

Whatever they do it for, money probably, it's a pretty weak excuse, isn't it? Not saying they are worse than others. No, they are just as bad.

I don't care over much, I am a white male gamer. But ... just sayin'.

They should just shove Liara/Ash/Sam/ whatever romance scene in the trailer too. COD crowd will drool over 2 'females doing it'.
