I purchased my game from Steam back in August 2011. I hadn't played since that time, but finally finished over the holidays. Steam gave me a key to access the Cerberus Network to be able to download free DLC. When I connect to the "Network" to access the DLC, it wants me to pay for everything. I was under the impression that the add-on missions were suppose to be free. I have nothing left to do in ME 2, and looking for extra gameplay. Am I accessing the DLC wrong?
Isn't the DLC suppose to be FREE?

I should have added that I have registered my game, and it shows that in "My Games". When I go to "My Registered Game Content", it shows that my content is for Dragon Age II, which I don't even own.

Some DLC is free, others you have to pay for. Cerberus Network DLC is free for those who purchased the game new.
