 I was playing around with the Dragon Age Toolset and I ended up reading Lily's template description thingy and it said that she was supposed to be found in Denerim after the events of the Magi origin. It also mentioned something in conjunction with the landsmeet and Grand Cleric. CAN she be found later on in the game have I just missed her or was all that just development conjecture? :S

No she appears only in the mage origin.
