So, had some issues with my laptop, had some parts replaced and a re-image done. Re-installed DA:O and number 2, DA:O works fine but everytime I go to start a game in number 2, the first cut scene starts and it freezes and force cloeses. Any ideas?

Possibly overheating, have you tried a cool mat and/or check with a program such as Speed fan? Also make sure all of the drivers are up to date, generally new components do not come up to date

When it was re-imaged, did you make sure you downloaded all the latest drivers for it? If not, go to the manufacturer website and download every driver, especially graphics and audio. ALso make sure you install all Windows updates.
