Now assuming this is correct (I'm trying to get the PC version, by the way), do you think the best way to get EVERYTHING would be to order it through Origin and then get the Gamestop code some other way, or what?

Also, if I recall, gamestop's exclusive is the defender armor and the Valkyrie rifle. Every version gets the argus.

You could always pre-order from both gamestop and origin, if you don't mind paying for two copies. Other than that, I've no idea.

Who DOESNT mind paying for two copies?

with that said! 95% ill probably preorder from gamestop. a post by Someone with mass in another thread regarding weapons listed all of the confirmed (??) weapons for ME3 and there seems to be a pretty good amount of shotguns, to me thats enough if im ever gonna play a vanguard.
edit: yes im aware that every class will be able to wield the assault rifle but still, the soldier is my main

Bogsnot, Sandboxie.
Sandboxie is what I would expect to have to use on the Jolly Roger edition, and not the legit version. Funny how things work out.

Ultimately two things vs. one. Also the opportunity to tell EA to stick it as far as Origin goes. Win win with gamestop preorder.

Plus, you could probably buy it at a gamestop midnight launch event, install it, and play before you ever got through downloading it from Origin.
You still gotta download it from PC, AND wait in line. They only start letting people in at midnight.

It does depend on whether Origin will do pre-loading this time. Their track record on pre-loading isn't great, but most likely they will.

go with gamestop pre-order if you absolutely want a pre-order.

go for gamestop's it has a riffle PLUS an armor, i'm glad i preordered there
Ditto.
Besides, the seething hatred of Origin on this forum and the fact that there are other digital sources to order Mass Effect 3 through will probably lead to Origin having the lowest pre-order count of all possible sources. That will problably lead to the AT-12 being released as part of a DLC pack later.

Seeing as Origin looks like it will be forced onto us, and will be datamining my PC, I object to paying for it even once.
+1. If ME3 requires the trojan known as "Origin" then it will not get even 1 purchase from me.
Infact, Mass Effect is the ONLY Bioware franchise left that I have any interest in, if it forces Origin then Bioware will be officialy dead to me. My friends and I are in total agreement over this and that is rare.

Anyone knows if there's a folder filled with images against EA and Origin?
I need to fill my HDD with something like that.

Armor + Assault Rifle > Shotgun

1: You get an additional armor and additional gun as opposed to a single additional gun.
2: The fact the EA owns Origin means that the Origin pre order bonus is more likely to be released as DLC before the Gamestop pre order bonuses since EA makes money off the DLC while Gamestop does not.
Although if you really like shotguns a lot more than Assault rifles then go Origin.
PS: I had really hoped that Bioware had stopped this retailer exclusive DLC garbage. We really shouldn't be dealing with this conundrum.
