Hi all,

I purchased a new PC, and so backed up my DA2 game to DVD from Steam, who I purchased it from, and then installed in on my new PC.  Then I installed the high-def graphics pack, which I didn't have on my old pc.

When I went to play the game, it said it couldn't load up my game because there was DLC associated with the game that wasn't installed on my computer.  And looking within the 'Downloadable Content' option on the main menu of the game, all my dlc (Black Emporium, The Exiled Prince, Mark of the Assassin, Legacy) are not installed.

When I went to the social.bioware.com website and logged in I coudn't see how to download the DLC packages again.  I checked:

and

Profile -> My Registered Game Content

but it only has some bonus items which I had previously qualified for. 

Any ideas?

Make sure you are logged in here with the account used to purchase/acquire the DLC, then it is on the registered game content/entitlement page. If that fails, contact Steam Support, or EA support and see if EA will transfer the Steam code to Origin for you, thus allowing you to install the EA version of the game and maybe get your DLC back.
