I have a Boware social account and I have an EA account which based on their instructions should be linked.

Now when I click on DA support or email us on this site it takes me to an EA site and asks me to log in. I'm already logged in on both EA's and bioware's sites on diffrent pages so therefore should be logged in. It won't let me log in at all with any of my user names. It won't send me any email's in regard to my password or account name I am supposed to log in with and yet if I try to create a new account to log in so I can ask one simple frikkin question, it tells me My Email address is already in use.

So I ask what the hell is going on with this retarded site that I have been going in circles for the last 40 minutes trying to figure out why I am not logging into the support page so I can send one simple frikkin email about why the hell my Edge Bonus weapon is not showing in my DLC when I have registered my game on both EA's and Bioware's sites.

Why the hell do I have to come to a Customer support forum to ask why I can't log in to the customer support page when I am already logged in?
