I can see this is a common issue, and so far I haven't seen many signs of it being resolved. I had figured the bet way to do this was via a support ticket, but with the EA Help screen redesigned I cannot find the email link.

So here is the deal...
Originally I only had the Mass Effect games on PC, this was because I did not have an Xbox.  So I have content registered there...the only one of which I am really interested in is the Terminus armor that I got from preorder.
When I got the dragon age games on my xbox it registered a new account for me, which up untill now has been fine...except now I have the Mass Effect games on Xbox and want access to that preorder content. But I have purchase DLC on my Xbox linked account...so I cannot rightly use all my content.

So my request is this, can I get the accounts merged? or at least move that content over?

Contact EA support, they are the only ones who can do anything in regards to accounts.
