I can't link my EA Games account that I setup way back when, when I bought Burnout Paradise on the PS3. Problem is, *that* EA Games account is linked to my PSN profile on the PS3. So I can't simply say "Screw it" and just not link the account. I need to get it linked so it's "attached" to my PSN/EA Games profile, so I can use the social network with the data from my grand adventures! (And get the free goodies from the site/character creator)

What ends up happening is, I reach step 2 and it demands I didn't fill the form out correctly, when obviously I did! I can only assume there's a required form field thats not showing up for what ever reason (bad HTML code?) and it's waiting for that information, and isn't getting the input it wants.

It's very disappointing. Because I have to have my character uploaded by tomorrow, and I can't do that without my real account at EA Games converted/linked/registered over here.

What happens when you try logging into forums.bioware.com using that account?

Sorry, Misread your post. When I go to forums.bioware.com, I can login just fine with my EA Games account.. I just "Accept the terms and conditions" and I'm off on my merry way!

I should also mention, I can't login via the CC either. When I login with the CC it shows me the EULA, then tells me my password is invald.. when it can't be, because I can login at EA Games and Bioware's forums just fine.. I also tried making a new account (using my EA/Bio/PSN email) and it says it's taken.

I'm going to try to relink the account now, and see what happens.
Same thing happens when I try to link the account still..

Well, when I hit "Create Account" I fill out everything in section one, using the same email address I use for PSN and EA. Then, I go to section 2.

In section 2, I put in my PSN / EA Games screen name (Rayvolution) and it asks me for the password. So I put it in, it confirms it and pops a message on the right side saying "You are logged in with your EA account. Please fill in some additional fields to proceed.". I pick an avatar, then I hit "Next.."

Once I hit "next" I get: "Some fields were not filled in correctly; please try again" right above the form.. and I can't go anywhere.

I've tried:
-Accepting the news letters (Both, one, or none at all)
-Trying other avatars (or none at all).
-Using Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera (Opera is the browser on my Windows Mobile phone)
-Completely clearing cookies, cache, history, etc in all browsers.
But there's really not much "fiddle around room" at that step. So I'm a bit at a loss what else I can do to troubleshoot the problem :happy:

Also, if I try to hit "Create Account" and go straight to the "I already have an EA account" button on the right side, it pretty much does the same exact thing. I still get stuck at the same spot in section 2.

Happy to report the issue is resolved! My new account it working fine now.
