Hello, I'm a little confused at the moment about some DLC that I own but can't find where to redownload. I own Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition on Steam, and have redeemed the code which is supposed to have all the DLC's. I've played the game and downloaded them all before, but do not remember where I got them (dumb, I know). When I go to the link that shows all of my redeemed DLC (I found it in this thread, the second point http://social.biowar...8/index/5151520) I see everything that I own and most of them have download links on the right side (that either say "Learn More" or "Download") but not the following: Feastday Pranks, Blood Dragon Armor, The Stone Prisoner, and Feastday Gifts. Am I missing something?

Thanks for any help you can provide. Also, if this is in the wrong place, let me know and I'll try and fix it.

What shows up in-game as "Available Content" from the "Downloadable Content" menu?

In-game nothing is listed under "Available Content" but I have all of the DLC installed (it shows up in the "Installed" menu). What I'm concerned about is that when I reformat soon, that I won't be able to install this content again. Should it show up in-game under "Available Content" after a reinstall? Sorry if this doesn't make sense and I'll attempt to be a little more clear.

Yes, you'll be able re-install everything to which you're entitled (based on BioWare's records). 
I had to do it multiple times when I was doing CtD troubleshooting
 (...which I haven't had to do since finding the LAA fix.)
