A LOT of people have Miranda on their squadlist here. This is very surprising to me. She would be on my list too. It just seemed to me that most people hated her. I for one am surprised and kind of upset that the leading lady of ME2 is confined to the sidelines in ME3. My list:

My pick? How about the possibility of having everyone, via multiple playthroughs? I don't dislike any particular squadmate.

Keep 4 out of the 7 spots reserved for the 'compulsory' characters i.e. VS, Liara, Bisexual Soldier & battlestar galactica.

Fill up the remaining 3 with any of the other squadmates. ME3 suddenly becomes extremely replayable, and fans of all characters are happy.

But for my first playthrough? I'm going for ******. 4 compulsory characters mentioned above, plus Miranda, Samara and Kasumi. Dump the girls at the Citadel with shopping bags. Sex and the City III.
