The closest you get to nudity is Jack, female, has a leather strap as a top which covers her nipples along with tattooes. Second closest is an optional love/ sex scene with Miranda where she exposes her bra. Jack is required crew, but has dlcs to give her a top, as well as later game alt outfit that can be unlocked.
There is no the nudity in the game.
Personal quirk, I find it funny people don't mind killing thousands of digital images but freak over a lack of clothes on one.
