 Hello everyone:alien: I'm playing in ME2 through the Steam and trying to connect with cerberus network...but it doesn't work!?  there is an error that server is not available
i've got a key...have an EA page.. should i regist key in another place?
please help!

I also have a problem with Cerberus Network. I cannot connect, it says that my password is incorrect

Be aware that although there is no filter to eliminate non-alphanumerics from passwords when you create an account, and of course, there should be; when you have such odd characters included, your account won't work across most of the site's features and functions both here and at EA, so you will need to amend any such errors.

Thank you, it's now working. I changed my password to another one without specials characters and everything is ok. I called the EA support for like 1 hour and they didn't find that... Great.

if i have password that consist only from numbers and letters....should i change something?

that's what i found on EA forum:
The code for the Cerberus network that comes with your game should be redeemed from within the game menu. Once activated within the game, all DLC will be managed from within the in-game menu.

I try to help the members, but I have chosen throughout the time that digital copies of things began to be offered, to stick strictly with hard copy, and I feel negatively toward the nickel & dime DLC situation anyway. I've never had any, not even any "free" ones.

Therefore, I've exhausted what I could give you today. I just don't know the next thing that you have asked. Sorry.

I redeemed my code ingame (off of steam,) and now I can't register it here. Can anyone help me with this? I hope so, otherwise I'm screwed. ._.
