So, when you finnish Mass Effect 2 you then get to chose a bonus power when you start a new game or import a Mass Effect 2 save file. But do you still get it if you import at Mass Effect 1 save file after playing through Mass Effect 2?

Yes. Once they're unlocked in one game, you can use them in all the others. In fact, you don't even have to complete a game with it to unlock it--if you unlock a particular bonus power (for example, Morinth's Dominate), you'll always be able to choose it, even if you reload to a save from before you unlocked the bonus power.

Yay, thats great news! 
I never finnished ME2 (got 2 playthroughs that I quit playing when the race against time part started and I understood I would have to replay some parts to get the good ending) but I have just finnished playing througth ME for the 4:th time and are going to play througth ME2 with this character. I was thinging about finnishing one of the last playthroughs to get the bonus but now I don't have to!
