 I want to create a femshep for another playthrough of mass effect 1 n 2. I decided to go renegade for replay ability (played paragon) and for achievements. Though I'm clncerned that being a renegade will make relationship making (LIs) extremely difficult. Also I dot want to be sadistically evil. 

Personaility traitsi would like to have;
-confident/cocky
-sexy and seductive 
-not necessarily racist
-relationship with garrus(final choice atleast )

Is this possible through renegade?

One last random question...
1. Through mass effect 1 new game + can you import a save then change class , sex apparence etc, and keep level?

I play mostly paragon, but decided to go Renegade for my Insanity playthrough. (Being shot up a lot makes one angry.) Being Renegade doesn't mean you have to like Cerberus or Terra Firma. You can absolutely romance Garrus -- he pretty much rolls with whatever you want to do. I did blow up the Collector base in 2 because everyone who is around reaper tech for long enough gets indoctrinated, so a practical decision for my Shep rather than a moral one.

I haven't done NG+, so can't help you there.

Being a renegade doesn't necessarily mean being unpleasant to your teammates. Just be nice to your allies, and "renegade" with everyone else.

You can't change anything when starting a NG+ in ME1
