I've been trying for a month but nothing, when I try it sends me to an error page.
I tried with Mozilla, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but nothing change. I have enough BW Points.
Please, someone can tell me how can I do for buy it?
I'll try to speak with EA support too, but they didn't respond me.

You are asking this from a lot of game players in a DA: O forum that is for tech discussion of GAME problems. You have a SITE problem of some sort, with the DA 2 game.

Sorry you're having trouble.  Hmmm... if you're having a problem with all those web browsers, I wonder if you're missing Java?  You can use Firefox and go to: http://www.mozilla.o...S/plugincheck/

If you don't have it, you need to install it (I think) to get the proper pop-up screen to complete your purchase.

Just a guess.
