I've been trying for a month but nothing, when I try it sends me to an error page.
I tried with Mozilla, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but nothing change. I have enough BW Points.
Please, someone can tell me how can I do for buy it?
I'll try to speak with EA support too, but they didn't respond me.

Sorry you're having trouble.  Hmmm... if you're having a problem with all those web browsers, I wonder if you're missing Java?  You can use Firefox and go to: http://www.mozilla.o...S/plugincheck/

If you don't have it, you need to install it (I think) to get the proper pop-up screen to complete your purchase.

What page are you going to in order to purchase DLC? And I assume you're trying to purchase this for PC? And are you in N. America or someplace else?

I have reviewed my mails and english support service has solved the problem, they sent me the codes of the two DLCs, thank for your time.
