Hello i'd just like to ask if to get the harvester achievement its enough to just put the game on hard before initiating the cutscene that starts the harvester fight or if you have to do the entire DLC on hard? also while im asking how does the item dupilcation bug work thx all the best.
Requirement for the harvester achievement in question.

No, you have to do the entire DLC on either Hard or Nightmare difficulty, from start to finish.

You don't have to do the entire thing on hard, only the harvester fight (just change before you engage and before the cutscene). That was what I did and I got it.

yup lemina was right i did the whole story on easy and right before the cutscene where the harvester head reconeccts with its body i put it on hard and got the achievement.
