Not entirely, just some of it.

Ah, the plot device is mentioned in ME3 and it was never mentioned previously. You first hear about it on the planet after Earth.

So some specific plot device is what people are mainly complaining about?

Drunkensoviet - a simple horde mode that adds nothing and is exactly the same as other horde modes from different games is not tacked on? Atleast Kane and Lynch expanded on the simple tdm and created Fragile Alliance! Which is more unique and difficult than this horde due to unpredictable Human behaviour.

Ok sure I have to admit that the "Horde mode" aspect of the multiplayer was a bit tacked on but the general idea of multiplayer in ME3 (Regardless of how Bioware would have done it) wasn't tacked on as like I said Bioware have wanted to implement Multiplayer for Mass Effect for quite some time

I've read way more posts from people who say they like it, but people like you repeatedly post and state that you hate it so it looks like more people don't like it.

So... I'm making more people seem like they hate the script by saying I hate it? I'm sorry for casting an illusion without trying.

Why should the endings change? the plot device has been hinted before hand in both games.

because no ending allows room for post completion gameplay...which Casey said it was in....also a LOT of people were pissed at them....a lot

I've read the endings. They could still do post completion gameplay. In fact I think casey even mentioned something about being able to replay missions.

Bringing back characters to fit into contrived plotlines,

It's called fanservice. It keeps things interesting for fans. Would you rather they bring completely unfamiliar characters to fit into plots? I highly doubt you would care as much about these smaller conflicts if that were what Bioware opted to do.

And they are not contrived.

making others into stereotypes and the like could've been handled far better, no matter how much someone will always think it's crap.

Because you don't agree with what the writers did with certain characters doesn't make Bioware wrong for doing it. I swear, TIM is like some infallable God to you renegade types.

And that's what bioware seems to want, I'll just find a new company, probably CD Projekt.

Rumor has it their next IP is SciFi. B)

All of the endings in the script imply you can't continue playing, I'm not gonna say more than that.

Yes because you post about 7 times per page and all of your posts are negative, compare that to the people who posted in the first few pages and said they liked it, they haven't posted since, you however continue to do so.

I never pre-order games (I think that's the dumbest thing to do). ME3 is not a 1st day buy for me anyway. I'm going to wait until it's cheaper to get later on in the year.

It was hinted at before. Remember Liara mentioning how the Protheans had other plans at the end of LotSB?

Besides, how else would you defeat the Reapers? They have been made to be far too powerful to defeat by conventional means since the start of the series.

I know. I'm imagining a non-canon post ending gameplay like arkham asylum.

And I really hope there end up being no postgame. Let the endings be final.

I enjoyed that part of the script too, though they do read a bit off at times.

They pretty much are, there's little to no room to explain how they'll allow you to continue after.

An example of the script changing, since this first draft, I can think of would be of a character from ME2. I won't name the character but it's something like this. The character according to the script appears for one mission to help Shepard, but according to recent news pieces, this mission is now something completely different and new stuff happens to said character.

I know this isn't much to go on, but it shows to me that certain parts of the script can be radically different from this draft.

Fine but you state your negative opinions and state them as fact more than actually discussing, you trash the game way more than discuss it.
Someone else already posted this video but, this

It's been said that you'll be able to complete some missions after the ending. Not sure how it'll work though.

I think I know what you're talking about, but I also think it was a fake article made by one of the fans to try and cover the MP announcement.

Heh, that's the thing about you and I, Dave. It seems like we agree on certain things it's hard to find many others on here who feel the same way over, like scripted deaths being a good thing in relative moderation. But then we diverge greatly.

Ah well, that does make me happy though.
