First of, yes, I read the sticky.
Second, yes I got those programms.

With that being said, I can't seem to open/extract .erf files so I can mod the .uti files I want to. It just doesn't work.

If anyone could give me a step-for-step guide to neutralize any chance of me doing it simply wrong or get me a working programm (and instructions if necessary), then I'd be grateful.
