Any word on who's selling this in America? I might cancel my CE pre-order and get this instead, but iono.

You're seriously considering sacrificing everything in the CE for... A balloon?

LOL! Okay, on this one I do have to say shame on Bioware! LOL

CE pre ordered with Gamestop is good enough for me, don't really interested in these things anyway.

M55 carbine rifle?

Come on Bioware, it's either a carbine OR a rifle, not both.

Is there still anyway to get one? I mean besides cancelling my N7 and pre ordering this (which isnt happening)?
Happy to trade an old (pal) atari/64 game or something for one.

As tempting as the idea of threatening people at work with an inflatable omni blade is I think I'll stick with my CE.

No, seriously.

EB Games in Australia and New Zealand have announced an exclusive edition of Mass Effect 3 only available at EB Games.

The Mass Effect 3 Omni Blade Edition includes the following items:

-Collectible METALPAK
-In-game M55 Carbine Rifle
-Inflatable Omni Blade

Posted Image

And here I thought the spammy MassEffectNews twitter feed wouldn't come up with anything decent. Waddayaknow.

I still got my Inflatable Omni Blade. And I haven't even inflated it, still in the package :P got it over at Eurogamer Expo London on Sept 2011.

I got three. From Gamescom. Sounds fishy to me, ... as if they just took the standard ME3 edition and put those inflatables they stole from their employees in there. Do they charge more than for the standard edition?

I don't know. Judging by the shape of the inflatable object being discussed, I think the thread should be titled 'Girls, check this out: ME3 "OmniBlade Edition"'.

I'm sure they'll pack it up real pretty. And it comes in a metal case, AND prices are higher in Australia either way (or so I hear). So I don't think the tag is unfair here, it's more about personal preference. I, for instance, couldn't care less for fancy merchandising, and the N7 is more towards in-game goodies.

And that's in Australian dollars, correct? Which scales up to even more in USD. That... sucks. :?

Looking at the price from my local EB its NZ$98 for the Omni Edition PC version (which is quite suprising because the last 3 or 4 pc EA games have been $110 - $120 <_<)

@LGTX:
Actually, the AUD is currently worth marginally more than the USD. It has been so, with some fluctuation, for many months.
