I've had my CE preordered since the week after it was announced I think. It's been like four or five months at least.

Now as to whether my newborn son will actually let me play it...

Preordered my CE for the 360 way back in October at Gamestop. I for one will be at the midnight release rocking my N7 Armor Hoodie and maybe my Nerf Sniper Rifle.

This probably makes the trade ins moot, but have you tried amazon yet? I preordered my CE from amazon some time ago, but I don't think they are sold out yet.

Unless you were trying for Gamestop's preorder bonus with the CE in which case... Bummer man.

I started telling fans back in November that the CE was starting to run out and you should pre-order while you have the chance. If you haven't yet pre-ordered and are in danger of missing out, here are a couple of ideas:

• The digital version will not sell out. We do not have to make physical goods for them, so they will remain available.
•  Try a different retailer. SOme stores may still have CE available.
• Check retailers at launch. Some stores will order extra or have cancellations that will free up copies. This is risky, but may get you a CE.

Out of Curiosity I went to my gamestop and asked this question and they were sold out as well, if you were wanting the CE with the Gamestop bonuses Preorder it online from Gamestop website shiped to your house, y oull pay it all up front and it will get it done. According to the guy at my gamestop all gamestops everywhere are sold out because they are supposed to have sent in the ammount of items needed for release from their corporate or whatever. Soooo Online is the way to go or find a different retailer.

And Yes I went to gamestop and asked just too answer this question so enjoy Hope I helped all you that still want the CE but be warned the guy at gamestop also said that you should do it fast due too they dont know when that will go down. So Console players better run.

Oh and that way is that you can't pre-order a game, unless game is already out!
