So there is one thing ive noticed in Mass Effect 2 is that the illusive man has a blue sharingan
is this going to be addressed in Mass Effect 3? if the Illusive Man is the last heir of the Uchiha blood line i wonder how Commander Shepherd well compare in the inevitable boss fight between them.

If you ever looked, the husks you face in ME2 have the same eyes. It has something to do with TIM and a Reaper device in one of the books, not sure which and don't particularly care to check although I'm sure someone else who answers will probably know.

*spoilers*
I believe they changed to become a shiny blue-techy sort ever since he made indirect contact with the Arca Monolith, a Reaper artifact. In a way, his eyes are those of a Husk, and he also carries the abilities to understand a language implied to be the Reaper's. I like to think of him as a Husk that only got 2% of it's way through the conversion.
