Different dialogue in a completely different conversation, so not particularly relevant to what that TIM dialogue does or does not prove.  And the larger point, that even pure RenSheps never fully support Cerberus, stands. In fact, if you only ever choose renegade dialogue, you'll inevitably be critical of them at times because Paragon and Renegade are typically relative to the current conversation and/or the current situation.  Thus the Paragon choice takes a more wait-and-see approach to the Collector Ship surprise, whereas the Renegade option is just plain pissed-off with TIM and Cerberus.  But this is more properly a topic for a different thread, so I'll stop there (even though it's mine).

And they are keeping their promises. Some choices will affect future event.

It's just that some people are expecting the galaxy to start rotating the other way when Shepard kicks over a pebble.

Which is funny, because the same people are whining about how Shepard shouldn't be a demigod.

Nope. No difference.

No difference with not even doing that mission or selling off Legion either.

Guess killing the Rachni, the Council and the like is comparable to kicking a pebble.

Jacob even joins Cerberus and is even heavily critical of them.

Ahhhh!!! This is incredibly exciting! It already seems like the most exciting/actiony story compared to ME1 and 2.

I'm worried about choosing between the salarians and krogan. I'll probably choose the krogan just because the Salarians need to learn that now is not the time to worry about their little genophage.

This is a great read - thank you! I figure, whatever spoilers I read, I would have known early on in the game. At least it's not an ending spoiler.

So you expect the dev team to come up with completely different mission scenarios for what a player might have chosen?

Current-gen resources and budgets are not limitless. The most Bioware can afford to do is flavor dialogue for the majority of these things. You were kidding yourself for thinking otherwise.

In before people saying that Witcher 2 did it, even if that was just within one game and is much easier to contain within certain parameters.

Witcher 2's handling of the Siegfried decision import was better than any ME1->ME2 one. It had a real effect on the game and nobody was denied content due to cutting corners with their choices regarding him.

Witcher 2 had single-platform development and doesn't even have the option for a female PC. Sacrifices had to be made to achieve that and I don't think it's worth it.

Yeah, the galaxy should really divert its attention towards you for killing people. It's not like some races have their own wars to fight or other more important things to care about than Shepard's killcount.

Guess what. Killing the Council won't stop the Reapers from decimating Palaven and Thessia.

Killing the Rachni queen won't slow down the Reapers at all.

Killing Fist and Balak really shouldn't show that much of a difference, because they're lowlifes with no impact on the war whatsoever, unless you want something very forced, like a person stepping towards you and give you a pat on the shoulder and tell you that it was okay to kill those guys, even though you could probably have figured that one out yourself.

No offense, but is the fact that not completing Legion's LM has the same outcome as selling Legion to Cerberus (meaning that, obviously you're not gonna complete his LM) really that surprising?
(kinda seems like a "No Duh" outcome to me, lol)

Because they removed the renegade base kept dialogue.

That was just alternate stuff from TIM.  There was no alternate Shep dialogue there.

It proves that renegade shepard was meant to be "agreeable" to the Cerberus cause.

It proves nothing of the sort. For one thing, a lot of it was for Dead Sheps.  For another, there was also dialogue for Renegades who destroyed it. For three, the "live RenShep, kept base" lines from TIM are very obviously responses to Shep questioning TIM's intentions, with TIM trying to appeal to Shep's pragmatism.

Riiiight and renshep was just joking when he said to Miranda "I wish they'd recruited me sooner".

That was quite obviously a joke. Shepard's tone and his schmuck-smile just gives it away.

Seems like spoilers are getting out of hand. Not those in the OP, but some people talk about the leaked script as if it is common knowledge.

My point was that not doing the mission/selling Legion has the same outcome as doing it(whether ren or paragon).

Anyone seriously intending to stay unspoiled before ME3 release better stay off the BSN. Spoilers are just a reality now.

Regardless, the mods have made it clear they're not allowed.  Only officially released stuff, like in the article, is allowed to stay.

You should have specified only the spoilers in the op even though it seemed implied

My thoughts on the spoilers is general excitement for the game. I didn't read non of the main plot info in the script so I really don't care if its similar to the script or not.

Of course, and that's as it should be. But anyone seriously hanging around the boards from now until release is naive if they think trolls won't continue to post spoilers in thread titles etc. It's impossible to unsee such things. If I cared about spoilers, I would stay far away from the forums. :)
