Don't make up lies just to post good games.[smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/lol.png[/smilie]

It's hated among the Fire Emblem "community" for being too easy. Even though Ephraim's route is hell without grinding.

I might as well throw in Radiant Dawn too, despite playing 30 minutes of it.

The Game of Thrones RPG wasn't too bad.

I'd say the same about another Cyanide game, Of Orcs and Men. I like it a lot, actually. Most people just don't know it, let alone dislike it.

Bonus points for unconventional, less-than-pretty protagonists.

Septerra Core - very good turn based rpg i almost never hear a mention of.

DMC Devil May Cry- main character is NOT Dante for me and it's easier than other games and weak story BUT it plays really well compared to most action games, few games in recent years have had so smooth and responsive combat and that's way more important than the other elements in a hack n slash game imo,

No kidding eh? Your probably the first other person I have even heard mention that one in years. That game deserved more attention then it ever got.

I love how most people are listing off successful well reviewed triple A titles as games that are disliked...

Oblivion
LA Noire
Red Dead Redemption
Mass Effect 2

Comon guys, why not just list games like Portal, Silent Hill 2, Bioshock and tetris as been disliked well we are at it. At least the lesser known cult classics sort of make a bit more sense.

I'm throwing the game Catherine in the mix as well. Alot of people didn't seem to like the game because of the puzzles.

Indeed. I have fond memories of playing that game in '99. Think it was the first RPG I played on PC. Felt very much like a cross between Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy. I still have my copy in its original oversized box sitting in my closet. :)

Oh, and I saw Dead Rising 2 and Bioshock 2 listed by someone else. If those are really disliked, then, yes, I really enjoyed them.

I wouldn't blame someone for not liking Catherine it is very sexual. Hell I probably would never have ever picked it up, if not for it being free with playstation plus.

It's an Atlus game. If it isn't Etrian Odyssey, it's going to have an unsettling air about it.

I was going to buy it... until somebody spoiled it :(

It's no more sexual then say TW2 or GTAV ect. IF it being very sexual is a reason then I'm sorry, it's a very poor reason when more popular games are far more guilty of this.

It's also a Atlus game, Atlus games always have creepy aspects. Mara anyone?

Alpha Protocol, SC conviction, DA2, Dynasty warriors back at 3 and 4,
Star Wars: Empire at War, Assassin's Creed:Revelations ( not the best AC game but Constantinople is one of my favorite cities even as Istanbul.)

Not sure what 'kinda sexual' means but Catherine is drenched in symbolism in the same way as Silent Hill 2 (where you have a grotesque monster sexing up mannequins, which symbolizes the MC's frustrated libido) -- Aside from the occasional wacky moments, it's very adolescent and deals with some mature topics with another great soundtrack from Meguro and challenging gameplay. It's not a relatively long game and perhaps the anime artstyle scares people off or the artwork gives the wrong impression. Those are the reasons I can think of.

That is true but the box art alone is enough to put people off buying it. I would not want to be seen with this in public.

Edit Chris put it better than i did.

Awww. I got spoiled too by my own mistake but I ended up loving it nontheless. Unless somebody completly explained to you everything in the game - the spoiler won't be as spoilerish as you might think at first.

I really can't stand Connor. From what I've watched, he's a Luke Skywalker type of character. Then again, "likability" isn't a requirement for good characters.

Well, I read a little too much of this comment section. The spoiler was my fault but there may be hope.

I played that game for months, my buddy and I were crazy at it. Yes, the camera was terrible - certain gameplay aspects were terrible, but I had so much fun with Too Human, too bad the sequel is basically done for (I think).
