Obsidian's entire catalogue--notably Dungeon Siege III and Neverwinter Nights 2. Also, Neverwinter Nights and Jade Empire.

Same here, although I don't have DS3 yet.

Final Fantasy XII. Despite the horrendous license grid, Vaan/Penelo, and lack of variety in sidequests,  it had a pretty solid story for a Final Fantasy game. It didn't have your generic save the world get the girl jrpg plotline. Instead it dealt with the political intrigue/drama of impending war between the kingdoms/factions.

L.A. Noire and Heavy Rain. The internet's hate of these deems these as "disliked by most" games.

Another vote for Jade Empire.

I really liked KOTOR 2.

I know many preferred the first game, but the setting and story of the sequel appealed to me more.

Yeah for me the hybrid of open world exploration mixed with the battle system was nice to introduce in a FF game, the gambit system had major potential it was just a shame most fights (especially bosses) meant that you could do without the system at all.

I liked the story and the main characters too (Vaan/Penelo weren't integral) just a shame it felt undelivered in some places, and a lot of places we didn't get to visit yet were still a main part of the plot; I'm looking at you Rozarria.

Also my favourite part of the game was bounty hunting and searching for the rare creatures/elementals.

Battlefield 2142 was amazing! I'm still baffled why it wasn't more popular. I hope they use the futuristic setting again. Raiding a Titan was a blast!!!

Nothing like causing havoc in an armoured Walker with a co-pilot.  Image IPB

I agree completely, especially on the gambit system. Yiazmat, Omega Weapon & Zodiark were the only monsters that made me fully utilize the gambit system. The game hunts were addictive along with the hunt for rare weapons, and items to make the legendary weapons.

With Rozaria i thought Al-Cid was going to be a party member who gives us more info on his empire's military, monarchy, and culture, so i was disappointed when he didn't join the group.

Let's see. For PC...
 -Psychonauts
 -Sid Meiers Civil War Collection
 -MechCommander 2
 -Starship Titanic
 -Grim Fandango
 -Console

Been a while for me, but I used consoles back in the days of yore...

NES/SNES
 -Aerobiz Supersonic
 -Silent Service
 -Liberty or Death
 -Pacific Theater of Operations 2
 -Nobunaga's Ambition 3
-Romance of the Three Kingdoms: Wall of Fire
 -Sim Ant
 -Sim Earth
 -Uncharted Waters 1&2

N64
 -Turok Dinosaur Slayer
 -Space Station Silicon Valley
-Star Wars Shadows of the Empire

PS
 -Parasite Eve 2
-Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare
 -Galerians

PS2
- Brothers in Arms (CoD is for tards :P )
- Indigo Prophecy
- PTO IV
- Second Site
- Shadow of the Colossus

New Gen Consoles don't interest me. The games are all crap IMO.

I was a Silent Hill fan WAY before it was fashionable.

I still like the Zelda games even though they're not fashionable any more.

I managed to get my copy running on Windows Vista, though I did have to download a special game launcher to get it to work. As to where someone can buy the game these days, I don't know. It's not on Steam or GOG, and that's a pity. Lucasarts really has no love for a game of theirs that's older than... well, older than The Old Republic, I'm betting.

Yeah... I suppose the same can be said for Psychonauts. But there are a LOT of people who haven't played them. Both games were completely underappreciated in their day.

I hang in the first level of Grim Fandago ... didn't continue it.

Shadow of the Empire was epic, I played it on my PC few years ago.

-Vanilla WoW (WoW was more fun when Blizzard put more effort into designing the dungeons, and fighting through them was more then just grinding for armor tokens, or whatever you get from the cut & paste dungeons of the expansions.)
-Sonic Adventure (Sonic totally WAS meant to go 3d, it wasn't until Heroes that the series went down the crapper.)
-The Luna Game 0,3,4

Dragon Age 2 first of all because it's most hated by pple on here ^^ I actually liked it.

And nwn 1, it's still my favourite game ever (okay, the graphics are sucky but I love the story), I think that's the problem. Pple just shut it down immediately because the graphics kinda suck.

Last bu not least Jade Empire, I really can't understand where all the hate comes from? When I bought it, I played it non-stop & finished it 6 times. I absolutely adored it..
