I have played through over 1/2 of DRAGON AGE ORIGINS ULTIMATE EDITION on my PC. After completing the entire game on PS3. Wonderful game by the way. The PC version was downloaded via Amazon USA. Unfortunately I am not seeing Return to Ostaga(DLC) on the map. In my main menu it lists Return to Ostagar as installed. Some players of the game suggested RTO is not loading/installing correctly. Could you please help with this problem? Maybe I need to do something to get the quest activated with the game play? If so do not worry about Spoilers. Please help. Thank you.

First, after launching the game, go to the Downloadable Content menu and select the "Installed Content" tab. Scroll through the list and see if Return to Ostagar is there, and see if it is enabled. If it is not, then your DLC is not properly authorized. Installing Patch 1.05 and then logging in online once should fix it.
If it IS there and enabled, then you need to trigger the quest by talking to Levi in the camp. He's to the left of Bohdan and Sandal.
Now... one wild guess... some people get the PC version of the game after playing on a console to make use of thrid party mods. So if neither of the two above scenarios are true, then it is possible, if you've been modifying the game or using the toolset, something's been broken.
