This is what I want to do, but I'm not exactly sure what programs you have to know, or have to study in order to get into this specific field of work. I want to do the cutscenes - what programs should I study?! haha

You should get the Dragon Age tooslet and work with the cutscene editor that is included if you haven't already tried this. go to the toolset and cutscene forums to get some info and get started that way.
