All those so-called fans did all that of that crying over DA2. It was too short ,it was't long enough .bah bah bah bah!!! Now they  are taking their sweet time make both the DA2 DLCs and DA3. This is way I hate people.

In practical terms, DLC needs to be released fairly frequently because it relies on a good number of people still playing the game.  If you look at how active these forums are, I don't think there's a market for a DLC.

Anything they're going to announce now pretty much has to be something big enough that it'll bring people whose copies have been collecting dust for months now back into Dragon Age.

(I have a small hope that there might be some sort of DA2.5 stand alone expansion, but it's not a realistic one)

But yes, it's good if they're not rushing DA3.  Though I'd expect an announcement fairly soon, simply because I can't see them spending all that long with no announced projects.

Good point tho not all of us wanna grow old waiting for this game or any game.

Taking a look at what's happening over at DAII while hiding from the ME3-forum. It's been a while since I last played DAII but I would love to see some more DLC. Especially since the ones they made were so good. I absolutely loved them. Ohh well, I guess that I'll just have to wait with my fingers crossed and see what happens.

I'm hiding also. It is a total ghost town in here now. I thought that sense ME3 is done with that we would get a new DLC for DA2 or news of DA3 . Here hoping .

Ohh yes!! Something like that would be wonderful      I'm going to keep on hoping for more DAII-content. So used to having something new from Bioware to look forward to. Let's see what happens after the first ME3-hype calms down. And now it's 11:59 over here, almost the 8:th. One more day of waiting!!

There are rumors abounding that the "next big announcement" will happen in April, during PAX East. So until then, we are all just cooling our heels... some of us waiting for our copy of Mass Effect 3 to come in the mail from Gamefly... to never be heard from again until April...

Now that ME3 is burning in the firey pitts of fan rage, can we get back to dragon age 2 dlc now bioware? I was rather enjoying those (unlike me3 which i passed on after the demo for the infinitly better binary domain, maybe next time hey?)

But yeah $10 here gathering dust, get on that new DLC already

Commander Shepard did outrun Hawke, at least for now... BioWare's damn busy pushing ME3 to its limits, but I think they should spare some time, not only because they've said that they're having a good DLC plan up their sleeves but also for the love of the game, I would like some more awesome DLC for DA2 which connects into DA3 or at least gives us conclusion about Hawke's whereabouts!

The demo caused me to pass on ME3 as well...would love to have a new dlc for DA2...or least some info about it if one is coming and when...thought the last two were excellent.

And you'd be missing the point of ME3's ending. It is not meant to be open to expansion.
Dragon Age is different in that it is not a trilogy with a final ending.

In an ideal world, there would be a 3rd, 4th, 5th etc. Dragon Age game.

Exalted March was one of them lets see what happen i won't give up!! I trully have big hopes for DA series because is my fav ever!! And even if I sometimes look a bit harsh to it, still  love it all and I want it to survive and to grow.

ROFL, the morning after I finished ME 3, I put DA 2 in just to replay the ending and remind myself that while I was furious with it when the game came out, I still finished DA 2 feeling victorious, if angry, and knowing that me and my peeps were all good - well, except for a certain someone, mwahahaha!

Although the poster after you has a point, ME 3 isn't supposed to have post-game expansion. It's the end of Shepards story. In game DLC, maybe at some point. And whooo, there is some serious upset - IMO understandable just like it was understandable with DA 2 - over how the trilogy wrapped. FWIW, YMMV.

 Hmm so we could either have some sort of expansion (Dragon Age 2 - Exalted March) or that could be the actual shape that the templar-mage conflict will take: an Exalted March against magic, so that would make it maybe Dragon Age 3 : Exalted March
