No, I haven't killed anyone off. I don't really dislike any of the characters, but if I did, I would have kept them and made them cannon fodder in ME3.
Have you killed off a charater(s) simply to not see them in the 3rd game?

I kinda wanna do that for Garrus...they built him up to be awesome in ME2, but I still got that whole whiny rogue cop crap from ME1 stuck in my head. And he'll be a permanent party member again??? Bleh. If I found out his death would lead to a more interesting squad mate than yes, he would be dead.

I did a few alternate playthroughs - one with all female (and Legion) survivors, one with all 'paragon' survivors, one with all 'renegade', and one with favourites-only. I'm curious to see how different those playthroughs will feel. My main playthroughs feature everyone surviving though.

I haven't ... intentionally... killed anyone off, but in my latest play-through I didn't bother to track down Thane. There was also a couple month gap in my playing this character. When I went into the the SM I discovered that I'd neglected to upgrade my guns, so Garrus got scragged. I decided to keep the game just to see what happens, Garrus isn't someone I'd kill, he's my drinking buddy

I don't hate any of the characters but there were way too many for me to keep care of. Especially on the runs where I just play as I feel. That usually ends with me not talking to a lot of the recruits and in the end without doing loyalty missions. I think Tali and Garrus were the only two who never had to bite the bullet. Everyone else got slagged at least once. Oh well. I'll see how it all goes in ME3 with so many of that team dead.

I threw up the deuces to Miranda and Jack as I trampled over their dead bodies and then jumped into the Normandy. Those two annoying women will not be returning to my ME world. *Turns to remaining team* Mission accomplished :3
P.S. I hated killing Ashley. *Puppy eyes* she was like a sister to me. Wish they had a trade option lol. I would so nuke Miranda and Jack instead of Ash.

Miranda... kind of petilly sabotaging my playthrough just because it felt like one of the few times the game let my Shepard not be friendly with her. Would replay and bring her back in a heartbeat as long as ME3 let's my Shep express that 'I-DO-NOT-LIKE/TRUST-YOU'. Love her as a character, just annoyed the game didn't give my Shep a chance to dislike her (without just, never talking to her).

I can never ever ever shanever ever bring myself to "Kill off" a character, in both my paragon and renegade playthroughs. I want ME3 to be as full an experience for me as possible.
I always feel Shepard to me is someone who either is a great big hero and stuff and tries to think rationally and save everybody.
OR
Shepard is a ruthless person but gets it done. Yet, he is a great tactician and his plans are brutal, but effective and minimises casualties. Therefore he still saves everyone.
Plus I mean he has had top of the line N7 training and is the most experienced leader on the Normandy. After all, he did stop the best Spectre in the galaxy, twice. AND he can sex up blue babes, purple babes, and even human babes if he's feeling nostalgic

You can actually kill off Tali and Garrus... there will be such a tiny squad in ME3 if you do... Which I wont.
I have not killed anyone. I will wait and see if there will be interestng conequenses by killing off people at the suicde mission for ME3 before I actually do it.
