Is Liara considered exceptionally attractive even among the captivating Asari race within the mythos of Mass Effect? I suspect if she were it would've been mentioned in a comic or novel.

I don't think it's ever mentioned, no. Then again, anybody's attractiveness isn't really commented on, at least not regarding their attractiveness to their own species.

After who knows how many years of prejudices against pureblood asari I doubt many of them will openly admits in considering another asari attractive.
