Depends on the mood, Some that come to mind would be Sovereigns theme, theme you hear on Virmire during the battle sequence, Spectre induction, Suicide Mission, Overlord battle and Overlord end themes, theme you hear when collectors abduct normandy crew, Shadow Broker theme, arrival theme, from the wreckage etc...

Yeah, but it's hard to deny that sound effect isn't an amazing complement.
