Well mine says I'm at 45/50 files.... after I've deleted all my characters (only old characters, can't get my new ones to show up at all even in diagnostics), and a bunch of screenshots. Appear to be "ghost" files, with no way to delete them.

As i wrote in http://social.biowar...index/6912352/1
it could be a Ultimate Edition Problem.

I have 0/50 File uploaded and Error 1000 in Diagnostics.
Screenshot Upload does not work.
All DLC are working fine.

ZNahum wrote above, that it stopped working after his update to Ultimate.

Well mine has never worked. I currently purchased the Ultimate Edition but have been playing on Origins since it came out and it has never uploaded one of my characters, only achievements. It uploads just fine for DA2 but no progress on Origins. This has obviously been a problem for some time now and it hasn't been fixed. Could someone at Bioware please do something!

Problem is real - game can't upload my characters, screens - only achivements works.

It's only DAO UE problem?

No Venydar, I've had this problem since Origins came out in 2009 on my ps3 as well. You think they would have solved the problem by now.:?

It's odd, I saw other users profiles and they have up to date DAO characters (they even can upload avatars, you know - by creating new characters and replacing their portraits), but they all have standart edition. The problem depends on the game version or some game servers issue?

Ultimate Edition actually crashed both mine and my dad's computers in a 24 hour period.

Yeah same here, only achievements show up, everything else doesn't. None of my characters show up, no stats, nothing except achievements. Dragon Age 2 stats work fine. I'm using Ultimate Edition brand new, just bought it (retail version).

Result for my Player Profile Diagnostics:

Characters
Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your online storage.

Screenshots
No screenshots were found in your online storage.

On-Line Storage Summary
Number of Files 0
Maximum Files Allowed 50
Space Used 0 Bytes
Maximum Space Allowed 100.00 MB

This is a SELF-HELP gamer to Gamer forum.  For well over a year, there was no Bioware presence in the place at all.  Recently, possibly because DA2 is just not very successful in comparison, a couple of their people reappeared, and may actually be working toward the plans for a very long overdue patch.  But they are monitoring a couple of particular items, not the traffic on the enitire range of questions we see here.

EA is the official support site, just as the description at the top tells you.  There is a message thread you can add a comment to, about their planning for the next patch.  It's the very top one of the pinned stickies.

I had the retail disc/DLC versions of everything up through WH, then got a great deal on the UE and installed that.  My on-line profile was updating under either installation just fine, until...

I started using the "enable dev console" shortcut as my default way of starting the game, (even though I only enabled the console in the first place to test a work-around I developed for a friend so she could get the "Happily-Ever-After" ending she wanted!  Image IPB )

If your console is enabled, your profile update isn't!

Don't know what exactly causes this behaviour, or if it's a recent change in the way things work, but it's also true for DA2!

I noticed that Dragon Age 2 has a "Player Id" subkey in the registry, while DAO doesn't have it. Is that normal? Dragon Age 2 uploads stats fine for me but not for DAO. I don't use console or mods BTW.

Can anyone give me an idea of how the DAO registry keys looks like cuz all I see is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Bioware/Dragon Age/  with five strings inside namely: GUID, Language, Path, and Startmenu. No other subkeys, just asking if this is normal. Cuz maybe that's why my stats aren't updating cuz it doesn't have a Player Id key?

I have DA:UE and DA2:SE, and do not  have a "Player Id" entry in my registry anywhere.

Do have the same five string values as you under DA, including (Default), which you didn't list.

Interestingly, my DA2 (and DA2 Demo) keys don't have a "Startmenu", but do have a "Flavour".

Anyway, as you can see from my avi, my profile is updating just fine now that I've stopped using my Command Console shortcut to start the game.

I have the same registry keys as you mentioned except for the Player Id key in DA2 although I have no problems with DA2, thanks for the info. I guess I'll try other solutions...
