 I tried to purchase some Bioware points today, to no avail. It seems that the state/province field that is demanded in the address is the problem, since in Finland we do not use that in our addresses - which of course means it is not in the CC information. It might cause the CC to bounce when trying to buy BW points. I'd suggest to remove that field as a necessity in the countries that do not use it. It has been done in other online companies that I've bought stuff from, even when buying directly from EA I don't have to fill that field.

Later I managed to buy the points using my husbands PayPal account, luckily. Obviously they are not that particular about if the state is righ or not.
