Looking for DM for Parallel Campaigns

Am looking for a talented DM that would like to run something different, a campaign that runs in the same time space as my own, and as such finds the two groups visiting the same areas, and potentially (or ideally) at odds.

The setting would be DragonLance. I have built the first "Hub" around city consisting of 36 areas from which both groups will originate. But from then on, depending on what side/DM each player takes after the initial hub the groups go in different directions.

As a Parallel DM you would be free to DM what you want, and do what you will with your group, with your only constraint being guiding them towards the eventual goal of the campaign. Will put up the server, you just have to build your own areas.

Did something like this on TT back when I was in the military. One or two sub/co-DM's. About 10-15 players at one time and we ran it over several weekends while in port. It was insane and most the main players went through atleast one char if not more. I was a very mean DM for it. I swore though afterwards I would never DM something as insane as this again. It was a blast though... Specialy since the final goal had the two parties (we started with three) end up faceing each other in the final part of it all.

Brutal huh? It´d be my first time doing something like it. If anything I think it adds another layer of excitement, but I could see where the groups could start taking stuff personally.

For the most part I don´t expect the players to meet outside of seeing results of the other group´s actions, in the beginning they don´t know what´s going on and I expect them to cooperate during the first session (hopefully). Heck, they might even cooperate in the long run given the threat at hand. But if they do meet again due to choosing to go to the same place at the same time and there is PvP/killing, well... I´m not a fan of just killing off characters. Story is more important than death.

I´d say a GW Mordheim type roll for "wound" type is more appropriate combined with a forgiving bleed system is probably in order. So we could see players with missing eyes, scars, concussions, memory loss, lol.. but not so much death.

But I hoped to discuss this with the Co-DM. In the end, I think it´s going to be a single group campaign , and those are fun too :)
