Always time to go back and try again.
Without your DLC, you only managed to save four people. I have all 12 teammates alive. Admitdly that's my first full survivor run. Which I finished earlier.
I've done that several times. I have a perfect save too, just one squad member missing. I never can get that survivor achievement. I've tried numerous times. I wonder if my disc is bugged or something.
