k so i was thinking (well mayb too much thinking for something like this....but meh!!...  )

about romancing with jack, miranda or tali and who to romance according to resulting effect in mass effect 3..i mean 

if i choose tali...she has a fleet waiting for her...they gotta go for a war with geth (mayb not too...depands)...and darn them bioware got no ideas on how these quarians would look like (guessing so as they didnt show their or well tali's face in ME or ME2)...

if it miranda...she reports to Illusive Man (enemy in ME3) so even as she says she resigns from her post in cerberus it might have -ve effect in me3 (well jus a guess, so mayb not too but seems too much to be true as during the suicide mission jacob and miranda look at the other...  

if jack...she has more +ves as she is not going to a war and hates cerberus,,,but dang that **** is an unstable exploding wild ass feak...dah!!...

LOL...darn it i sure am thinking a lot for this anit i...freaking got good time to waste in stipid thoughts for a few days )...sorry as i realize this might make many or most of u say 'WTF'...hehehe

i knew this would happen i was searching for related post(s) but didnt find one that asked the same as what i asked 

anywho...but u mean playing the same shepard from beginning to end thrice...dang that....<_<

All three choices in the OP are legitimate choices. Considering what I've read of ME3, you won't be disappointed by any of them. As far as ME2 goes, I've done Miranda and Tali's romances, and am in the process of Jack's, and I would say they all have their good points. So jump in and make a choice, OP. That's what the ME games are all about! And if you want to try the other choices? That's what another playthrough is for.

Human+salarian (that too a non-stop blabering idiot) = disaster...also that blabering idiot was responsible for the darn genophage...the resulting kid of this romance will do even bigger yet more worse stuff then genophage man...

A very ecclectic combination. Mmm as much as it sticks in my mouth i'd probably suggest Tali as she's guaranteed to be in ME3 for a significant portion of the game whilst the other 2 seem to have glamorised cameos.
