Yeah if I ever go Mage/Finesse it'll be daggers and chakrams. As it stands my favorite playstyle, from tests in demo is still G.Sword and Chakrams. I really like the Shield+Attack combo with the 2hander, great double-hit that's pretty devastating. Really 'really' wish it was the 7th already. Or the 17th. If it was the 14th I'd of been playing this game for a week already and be able to try out ME3 multiplayer bits.

This is a pretty damn good start to the year.

Oh also 1 reason I'll never 'not' add mage to every build? Talismans. Love them things. The idea of a big kite/tower shield just appearing out of no where is kinda silly? But whipping up a magic ward that LIGHTS THINGS ON FIRE and lets my parry? Yes please!

XPMUser: Press the F key buddy. It triggers Fateshift kills for you. It's part of the tutorial is why it wont die, its trying to teach you a mechanic.

Passed the demo 3 times with the removal of the cache The Chakram Launcher does not appear.
What to do?

What platform Artem? In either case only way you can get it is if your connected to the EA servers when the demo starts up (which it tries to do when going to menu). It's possible if your on a console you haven't hooked your gamertag and your account here on the forums (aka your origin account) together. Or... if its PC not sure I can help. Sure it explains how to connect via a sign in thing there.

I think the only thing that unlocks at the end of the timer is The Chakram Launcher. Everything else should be unlocked at that point. That is if I recall correctly.

Origin is connected fully to servers (for example, shows "chat" below avatar)? What about firewall settings (Kaspersky Internet Security is infamous when it comes to games)?

I wonder if The Chakram Launcher will be as monstrous in ME3.

At me avast. I do not think that it influences reception The Chakram Launcher.

I think it'll probably do pretty good. I think it's also as close as we'll ever see to the grenades from ME1. You know, explosive hover-discs. Same concept, sticky hover disc that asplodes. If It also comes with a nice sound effect I maaay have to throw that on at least 1 of my characters.

Yes, I went through the full 45 minutes and I got the message of the Chakram being unlocked. But when I came to check it here, I only got the Reckoner.

I'm just glad chakrams are getting attention(although not accurately, as the chakrams in KoA come back to you and the chakrams in ME3 will explode)

I've sent a message to Chris earlier about the problem of the gun not being unlocked despite the fact people received the message after the 45 minutes (me included). Yes, I made sure I was connected to EA. Yes, I waited until the end and even played a bit again. Yes, I accepted all the "send info" things in the beggining. And still no gun here. This seems to be a PC only problem.

Here's a question. The demo is available on Steam. If I download it there, do I still get the ME3 armour??

And here's the answer from the Amalur FAQ:

You must create and log in to your Origin account in order to receive the Reckoning demo items, but you do not need to have the Origin client/installer. Also, you do not need to play the demo through Origin, but you will still need to create and log in to your Origin account to activate the Reckoning demo item entitlements.
