Looking at the skill trees extensively, it seems being a Shadowcaster is going to be harder than I thought, as I'm seeing a lot more skills I want in the Sorcery tree than in the Finesse tree.

Gonna have to mull this over.

 Hope this promotion continues on even when the respective games have been released, as I won't be playing any 360 until my current term ends, by which point ME3 will have been out for a while

 I am no bothered about the armour, but would like a free 'Chakram' launcher if possible

I've already settled on the pure Strength classes.  I'd rather max one tree than to have incomplete trees I've invested points in.

I'm pissed off that the Mass Effect items can't be unlocked until after Reckoning is released and the items will most likely be obsolete by then.

Replay the demo and follow the main quest.  You run into the Dokkalfar that does the narration and therefore, voiced by Claudia Black.

After playing the Demo I might buy KoA one day.I really liked the Character Creator and the fighting was good,too.

But I've got a Problem with the promo items.When I play the demo I always get the message that I unlocked a special weapon for ME3(after 45 min of free roaming).But I can only see the Reckoner-Knight when I look at my content here.I've played it 3 times now and it still doesn't show.Has anyone else that problem?Who could I ask for help with that problem?

Normally I use warrior classes, but lately I've deviated.

In DA2 I went Rogue.

Skyrim, I was sort of a Warrior/Rogue hybrid.

In KoA, I'll be playing a Shadowcaster who's mainly magic based but is also heavily into finesse.

And I HATE playing magic based classes.

Yet the Sorcery tree is tantalizing me more than the other two.

Plus, CHAKRAMS.

Shadowcaster is the highest destiny of a Sorcery/Finesse build.

I'm also happy to see people here actually like the game, the Steam forums are full of people just moaning about it.

It may just be a case of installing the demo, running it and signing into your EA account like it is for the ME3 armor from the KoA demo. You may not have to actually play through it.

I'll be playing the demo for sure.. The game comes out 2 weeks after that, so I'm not that bothered by being spoilered a little. Now if I had to wait for months after the demo I might just wait for the full game.

Downloading the demo isn't enough, you have to actually play the darned thing. Hah.

But go to Profile on the left of this page, and then Your Registered Game Content.

Items should be listed there.

Yeah its taking forever to start the game for me on the ps when trying to sign in t EA servers.

I have the same problem. I finished the demo once and I only see the Reckoner-Knight when I look at registered content. Currently trying the demo again (or rather just letting it idle for 45 mins) to see if I can get it to show up after my second attempt.

the demo is broken , first game a damo prevente me from buying , the sound and dialogue is broken

I didn't really like the demo. Gameplay was decent, but the story didn't appeal to me at all. The fact that people look like they are made of plastic didn't help either.

Did anybody else suffer from a massive textures bug each time they killed a Boggart?

Yes, it will ask you to sign into the EA servers prior to playing, that's how you get the bonus items added to your account.
