I suggest play again but make sure your firewall gives the game permission to access the internet. If it doesn't work contact EA support.

I'll be playing ME3 on the 360 anyway so I need to play the demo on that anyway.

quick question i can't seem to find my registered content from KoA even though i played it on my Xbox which is where i first created my ea account any idea what i should do

Where are you supposed to see that the cross promotional items from KoA for ME3
appear as I have now finished demo and got both messages for the unlocks. However
I can’t see the items in my registered game content section of my profile. Despite
this account is definitely linked to my EA/Origins/Xbox live/PSN accounts so it
makes no sense for it not to appear in my mind

Sorry if this has been discussed be4 (but 107 pages, who wanna read through that? :/) I'm just wondering if BW/ KoA has said something about the Chakram launcher? I've seen alot of people talking about this problem, and since I achieved both the armor and the gun at the same playthrough, and my armor shows up in my owned content I'm quite confused. Does anyone know if EA support helps or something similar?

I believe Chris told people to contact EA about the issue, and when one person contacted EA, they told him to check here.

Ok, here is the deal:

It seems that lots of people (including me) have played through the whole Amalur demo for PC but aren't getting the gun, only the armor. I already played it 3 times, everytime the message about the gun is shown, but no gun here in the registered content. Could you take a look at that? I don't know if I should talk to you or Amalur's devs, but since I only hang out here on bsn, I tried you first.

It is actually a small number of people who are having this problem. It is usually fixed by changing your protection software to let the information pass from your PC to the server. If this doesn't fix the problem, you would need to contact Customer Support here and they can fix it: https://help.ea.com/

Talked to EA support. A guy called Saurabh that could barely speak
english (my english is bad, but that guy really got the first place)
apparently did not understand the fact that the weapon should be shown
here. I explained him about the "registered game contents" here on BSN
and that the armor was shown but not the gun, but he insisted that
"Saurabh: Yes, You can play demo but DLC you can't use." **facepalm**. I
did a 4th playthrough of the KoA demo before talking to him with every
single possible "barrier" in my pc disabled (firewall, Windows Defender,
used a fixed IP and put it in the DMZ of the modem) but still nothing. I
don't know. Gonna try playing it with "Run as Administrator", and if it
doesn't help, gonna try installing it on another pc.
At least he unlocked "Sir Isaac's Armor" for DA2. Don't worry, despite my frustration I was polite to him.
Sorry for the wall of text. Frustration makes me talk (write) too much.

Solved the problem. Uninstalled from Origin, deleted all folders it left
behind, installed through Steam, played the demo and voila! The gun is
in my registered contents now.

Never gonna play KoA again. NEVER!
