getting a bit of a fable vibe from it too.
shame the graphics are kind of lacking, though the armour the enemy soldiers wears looks pretty cool so I started equipping the armour plating on my char.

I even contacted EA Support but he couldn't help me and instead directed me to the EA Forums.
Starting to get frustrated now....

I caved in an pre-ordered the full game. For all the crap EA pulls, they sure publish some neat titles and I think the devs deserve it. Look at games like Bulletstorm, Shadows of the Damned, Alice: Madness Returns and now this one.

Bullestorm? i know i might get QQed for saying this, but. Bulletstorm wasent a great title from EA in my book.

Keep in mind that EA is only publishing and the developers, 38 Studios, are not owned by EA. So for someone not to buy this game solely because of EA would be a pretty bone-headed and counter-productive move, especially since A) This is a new IP and
Anyway, back to the game. I did a second playthrough as a mage and found it was better than my first playthrough (as a melee fighter). I especially liked the chakrams and scepters, once I got them. The Mark of Flames spell was also much fun. I also actually died a few times, so good to see the game does indeed get harder. I'm now very close to pre-ordering. Still going to see what the earliest reviews have to say.

To obtain the Launcher you must finish the demo timer then exit watching the video after?

Not sure how anyone could forget the Dead Sapce series either. Shadows of the Damned was pretty underwhelming where it mattered most too.

Like how they handle Battlefield, or like games in relation to CoD. A lot of that's all advertised in a manner, and frontrunned just to try and beat CoD which... I dunno. I kinda feel like that's the worst possible way to run 'any' game or run advertisement for. That's an EA issue with advertisement, they're often horrible at it. And will get to fixed on trying to topple another game that's done well instead of just focusing on the game they're advertising.
That all said the way they've handled ME3/KoA has been a lot better then past games in the more recent years which is nice to see. More so considering KoA is a new game entirely from a new developer (that's not owned by EA). Sometimes they barely advertise new games at all and just throw them out there. This double-demo thing was pretty damn solid.

By the time I reached the point that the 45 minute counter turned on, I was bored and just left the game on for the counter to run out while I did other things. Oh well, at least I got the ME3 stuff!

You aren't only one with that problem

How do we go about getting the armor for mass effect 3
once we finish the demo?
Armor- Complete the Tutorial(First) quest.
Weapon- Play the game for 45 minutes
Then, when ME3 comes out, You can get the weapon/armor whenever Armor customization/Weapon selection becomes available.

I have just spoken with Father Dean Domino, priest of Mithras...
And I was lockpicking from a rather familiar looking lock interface!
I'm diggin' the destiny that leads to Universalist, Weapon wise, daggers, staves and sceptres are fun for me so far. If I can afford to preorder, I just my get this game.
Now just gotta hit that timer counter now in the demo.
Edit: doh, errors, staves twice

Sounds like Praetor likes the Jack of All Trades destinies, but if you want daggers and staves to be your speciality, perhaps the Finesse/Sorcery destinies would work better.
I just finished the demo!
I like the combo potential, and I hope the controls can be made tighter for turning, it can get a tad disorienting.
I gotta look into the leveling more like you said, but I certainly like staves and sceptres, usually I'm not a fan of those weapon types in most games.

Whats the difference between the two? As far as Sorcery goes I'll be sticking to Chakrams and elemental magic.

From the ones I used, staves are swung about doing elemental damage, seemingly little different than a longsword, but I barely used swords to properly compare them.
and sceptres are fired practically like a pistol, and uses mana? that bluish bar powers them.
I didn't really try much else with weapons other than the stealthy stuff with daggers and a little archery plus that one spell we get early.
