will the demo for pc be on origin?

I mean, how will the ME3 system know if someone played the koar demo.or not.

According to the KoA:R website, the demo will require you to log into your Origin account from within game, but Origin installation is not required. The same for the full game.

ME3 PC needs to do this approach, really.

No idea, not mentioned on the FAQ. Maybe it's simply tied to whatever account you used to play the demo on your 360.

If you've played DA2 or DAO on the 360 (or mass effect 2 for that matter) your XBL gamertag is probably already linked up to your Origin account. Which you all have if your posting on this forum as that's required to post here (there the same thing now).

So.. you should be fine as is if its on PSN/XBL.

That is to say you have to have the consoled hooked up to the internets, of course... erm which should be a given just to get the demo I guess... <_<

ROFL.....no it does not....technically speaking your EA account is an Origin account but you will not be required to install the Origin software on the 360 and even if they were to ask you to install it on the 360 it would be pointless as there's nothing to spy on, on the 360....no internet browsing history, no software that EA may be interested in and no private documents or info of any kind.

I'm just gonna pop a quick question, i hope someone can give me an answer:

When am i will be able to download KoA demo? Is there like a specific, north America time when the demo will be "unlocked" and available for downloading? I sure do hope it will happen today, because the site says "17 January", and right now i feel bored enough to give it a try.

That depends on the platform you're on....

360: probably by 0200 PST with latest by 0400 if they are lazy
PC: likely sometime in the morning after 0700 PST after the devs go back to the office
PS3: who knows....late afternoon towards the evening if you're lucky or in a few days if you're not.....PSN tends to be the last and slowest to update.

Fear not....XBL has always been good to their fans about delivering....the worst I've seen was after 0300 and before 0400 PST while the best releases I've seen from them were before 0100 PST on rare occasions. At any rate our wait will soon be over.

Well the PSN can surprise you sometimes with new stuff being added to it lol. But its more whenever Sony feels like it is when it will be up on the PSN today

Gah, I hope it won't take too long on the PC. Took a couple hours break and checked back for a disappointment. Also hope the demo has enough content to satisfy us until the full game

Well Xboxlive has paying customers for the the service, so I am sure Microsoft can afford to pay a few guys to get the demo up.

Yeah It's usually up around 2am, the problem is im impatient at the moment, and im not playing it right now? So... you know... rawr and stuff. Also ran outa stuff to keep me busy heh.

was gonna see if I could find the demo at xbox.com but aparently that sites not working right (least for me). So they're definitely busy with there... stuff. I think.
