Sims yes, a pile of mush. Never seen anyone eat in Skyrim, but food is scattered all over. Never seen anything in GTA4, or don't remember anything significant.

They had that in GTA: San Andreas as well. In fact, you'd turn fat if you ate too much food and lose health because of hunger.

If people aren't eating bread or drinking mead in Skyrim they are probably getting eaten by Dragons.

Amalur value meal, comes with an axe to hunt yourself the meat of your choice!

Oh, right, that's the only one then. Dragons eating people. For one I can see the whole process and the food being eaten.
